I have another review to share with you, this time of a neat little product called Teeze W/ Eez. These combs look ordinary, but they work to back-comb and volumize the hair with less effort and less damage than traditional backcombing with a regular comb. As someone who struggles with flat hair, I was intrigued when Jaime contacted me to see if I’d like to try the combs for a review. Of course! How could I not?!
I’m not going to lie: I hate backcombing my hair, possibly even more than I hate blow-drying it. It takes a lot to get volume in my hair and I’m inevitably left with quite a knotty mess at the end of the day. The Teeze W/ Eez combs are anti-static and feature a unique pin design that allows you to backcomb your hair using only a quarter of the strokes typically needed (which obviously translates to less tugging and damage!). I also feel like these combs are less prone to tangling and snagging in the hair.
Here’s a before-and-after comparison of my regular air-dried hair and my hair after backcombing it with the Teeze W/ Eez comb. I used a little dry shampoo on my roots to add grip and finished off my ends with a curling iron for polish. So much better, obviously, than letting my hair just lie flat against my head!
I also really love the palm-sized grip of the mini comb. It’s perfect for traveling, or for throwing in your purse for work or school, so you can refresh your roots midday.
The original Teeze W/ Eez retails for $19.95 and the Teeze W/ Eez 2 Go retails for $14.95; both can be purchased through the Teeze W/ Eez website.
