Hey there, I’m Martha! I’m a part-time writer, full-time book addict, and proud mama to a horde of cats and one Bonsai tree named Groot. I’m currently at work on my first novel. When I’m not reading or writing, I’m usually binging on Pinterest, nachos, or a new TV show (and sometimes all three at once).

I started blogging in 2009 because I had trouble finding blogs that focused on cruelty-free style. Obviously a lot has changed since then: I still have fun blogging about style, but I also expanded into blogging about books, food, and fitness. In 2014 I rebranded into a lifestyle blog with a name taken from the title of my imaginary autobiography.
