I have so many different ideas of what I could do if I was queen for a day. If I stayed at home, I would definitely have a team of chefs and maids taking care of me. I take solace in cleaning when I’m stressed and I like cooking and baking, but some days I just don’t want to get off the sofa. I would be ridiculously stuffed from all the platters of food I would have ferried to me! I could just tuck in with a stack of DVDs and eat and cuddle the cats without a care in the world. I’d make sure to get plenty of pampering via massages, facials, and manicures and pedicures, too.
But that’s not really grand enough, I suppose, so maybe I’d go on a shopping spree. Queens have cash to burn, right? So I’d hit all of my favorite stores, plus the ones I could never afford to enter, and take all my besties with me for a wild day of shopping. I know my Mom and I could turn Pier 1 upside down within the hour!
Or perhaps I’d travel a bit. Not a lot, of course–you can only fly so far in one day. But I’d jet to some exotic foreign locale that I couldn’t afford to visit otherwise, and enjoy the day. I’d love touching down somewhere in a private plane, then taking off on a luxurious guided tour of the best spots a city or country has to offer. With plenty of great food, of course!

If I was queen for a day, my biggest wish would be to not work lol. I would be happy doing anything else… probably eating out and enjoying a day of pampering at the spa. That would be a perfect day for me. :-)

I would want to go to NYC and Shop it up, then have several spa treatments and see if we could fit in some lipo on my arms before a fancy dinner and then drinks :)

Weirdly enough, I’ve brought up to the hubby that I’d love a maid (if we were rich, natch) and he thinks that’s weird. He says he wouldn’t want someone else poking through the house! I suppose I understand that…until my lazy side kicks in lol!
