While reading Danielle’s blog Underland to Wonderland, I came across a post in which she talked about the website Thought Questions and their 365 thought-provoking questions to ask yourself over the course of a year. I decided that I would start answering one of the questions each day for the next year. Not only will this give me a reason to blog every day for a year straight, it will get my creative juices flowing–and I think it will be fun! If you join in please leave me a comment so I can see your answers too. :)
Day #10: What can you do today that you were not capable of a year ago?
Hmmm…I’m having trouble thinking of something in particular! I guess I’m becoming more flexible and a bit stronger thanks to my yoga, which is always a good thing. I hope to someday be strong enough to do the more advanced poses, but I’m happy with even my small amount of progress.

Those are some awesome poses to aspire to! The girl on one foot – I could maybe do that if someone folded me like that and then took a picture immeadiately befor I fell over :)

LOL some of them are so hard! But I’m getting better each day! I still can’t crouch on one foot like that though–I need to work more on my balance!

Ugh, now I really need to go back to the gym!!! I am going on a super detox/workout after my next payday. Baggy jumper season is over!

The weather is finally nice enough here to get out and walk/bike, which will help a lot. It’s hard to be motivated to work out when the weather is nasty!

Oh wow, that looks pretty impressive! :) I need to start doing yoga again! I love that you do it on a regular basis!

I try to do it every day–I want to eventually be able to do these advanced poses, and I can tell I’m getting stronger and more flexible each week, so it keeps me going :) It really helps with back pain and stress, too, which is the best incentive of all.
