Day 98: What is the most important thing you could do right now in your personal life? Take better care of my health, by working out more and eating healthier foods. I’m working on it, but it’s hard! I know this will ultimately make me happier and improve my quality of life so I’m keeping at it.

Once you get in to the habit of working out and healthier eating it just becomes a way of life and you don’t feel right when you don’t do it!

I agree! I’m finding that with my diet. If I skip a day of eating healthy I don’t feel good at all!

I really need to work out more as well. I am doing the yoga challenge and I feel good about it but I also want to go running again!

Maybe now that summer is here and it isn’t so cold and dark you will be able to get out more! :)

Agreed. Sometimes I feel like as soon as I’ve got everything up in the air something else comes along that needs work!
