#281: How have you sabotaged yourself in the past five years? By not being confident enough to set a goal and chase after it.
#282: Other than money, what else have you gained from your current job? I got one of my cats from the parking lot. Does that count?
#283: Whom do you secretly envy? Why? People who are able to sit and meditate. My brain whirs around too much to make it an enjoyable experience.
#284: In twenty years, what do you want to remember? How excited I am every time I see my husband. I hope we’re still crazy in love in twenty years!
#285: What are you most excited about in your life right now—today? A big bowl of chili and Fritos. Don’t judge—it’s cold and damp out and I’m in an eating mood.
#286: What experience from this past year do you appreciate the most? It sounds weird, but struggling with depression for the majority of the year really gave me a better sense of what I value (or don’t), along with a new level of gratitude for the little things in life.
#287: What is the most enjoyable thing your family has done together in the last three years? The husband and I had a pretty kickass time at the Linkin Park/30 Seconds to Mars concert last September. And my parents and I have had some fun visits, even though we didn’t go anywhere super-special. Sometimes just hanging out together is enjoyable enough!
Yum! Chili and Fritos!
It was pretty tasty!
Finding your cat clearly counts! Big time! :)
I struggled with negativity and bad feelings for quite a while and I realised in the past months how miserable I was before and that I feel so much better now! Hope you are feeling better as well!
It’s amazing what a difference positive thinking has on your life!
