    My favorite way to use protein powder is in cookies and shakes. Love that it adds the healthy aspect without too many calories.

    My favorite way? Ummm, all the ways! Lol. I’m vegetarian & like to lift, & I find I do better with a higher target # for protein intake, so protein powder can be an absolute lifesaver! In addition to consuming the flavored ones using a shaker bottle, I like stirring it into plain oatmeal & adding cut up fruit, or baking with it, or experimenting with homemade protein bar (& cookie) recipes. :)
